The Ballard School Board meets regularly on the second Monday of each month. Meetings usually commence at 6:00 pm and are held in the Board Room of Ballard Middle School in Huxley. One of the first items on the agenda is the recognition of visiors. The Board welcomes teh comments of the patrons of the school district. A visitor, who has signed in to be recognized, may make a statement regarding matters related to the school system. Per Board Policy 213, the public may address the Board on non-agenda items at a regular meeting only. Each presentation should be limited to five (5) minutes. It is also requseted that the statement be specific, breif and communicated in a professional manner. Interruptions or other inteference with the orderly cnduct of business cannot be allowed at meetings of the Board.
