Ballard East and West Students recive the gift of reading from the Ballard Education Foundation

Ballard Community Schools is thrilled to announce that, thanks to the incredible generosity of the Ballard Education Foundation and our community, the Foundation will be donating a book to every student in grades EK-5 each month for the next six months!

These carefully selected books have been chosen by the talented librarians at Ballard West and Ballard East. This generous donation ensures that every student receives a story they can connect with. Best of all, these books are yours to keep—there’s no need to return them to the classroom.
