Artist of the Unit – Ceramics

At the end of each learning unit, two students are selected by Middle School Art Teacher Kora Burke to be recognized as the Artists of the Unit. This honor celebrates students who have demonstrated exceptional creativity, skill, and dedication in their art projects.

During the recent ceramics unit, students in all grades explored the types and stages of clay while practicing handbuiling techniques to create bo utilitarian and sculptural pieces.

For this month, we are thrilled to highlight the following outstanding young artists:
